It’s hard to have a good quality of life when you’re not able to spend quality time with the ones you love most. For Josh and Rachel Bedel, they realized that a big move would be a step in the best direction.  

“We could have moved anywhere west of Indiana. We came across this job post…and Rachel did research about the city and fell in love with it.”

Looking for a better work/life balance, Josh Bedel and his wife Rachel made the move to McPherson from Indiana in 2018.  

“We made friends quickly. We have plenty of outdoor things to do. With a young child, we could stay busy and feel safe. We have all the amenities we need here. It’s a friendly community, yet it’s progressive. I love it here.”
